Our Story
About NACBO
The Nyikwa Alee Community Based Organisation — a family united by heritage, growing together through shared purpose.
The Alee Lineage
NACBO was founded to bring together the descendants of Alee — a community scattered across Kenya yet bound by shared roots, values, and a commitment to one another's welfare.
Through regular meetings, contributions, and community projects, we honour our ancestors and build a stronger future for the generations that follow.
How We Operate
What We Do
Community Meetings
We meet regularly — rotating among members’ homes — to share news, record contributions, and make community decisions together.
Shared Projects
From welfare funds to infrastructure projects, we pool resources to build assets that benefit all members and their families.
Mutual Support
Members support each other in times of need — through illness, loss, and celebration — maintaining the bonds of family.
Open to All Descendants
Membership
NACBO is open to descendants of the Alee family lineage. Members pay a one-time registration fee and regular subscription contributions at each meeting. All approved members receive a NACBO membership number (NACBO/001 through NACBO/066 have been assigned to our founding members).
